please follow below procedure to submit your RMA form & we will try to resolve the issue either remotely or by returning the equipment to us.
- Download the file by clicking Download tab above.
- Fill out with full details of the problem. Please make sure you provide equipment serial number & use your invoice number as RMA number (requests without RMA number & serial number will not be responded to).
- go to solimedia.net log in to your account. On top of the page press contact us & send an email to technical services & attach the RMA form.
- We will then contact you.
