Return & Refund policy
The purchased units could be returned if in brand new condition (unopened box) & the packaging has not been opened or marked within 30 days of purchase; there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted & the customer must pay shipping charges to return the item. Goods which have been taken out of their packaging, used, installed or tested will not be accepted for return.

All customer payment information is collected by Visa/Mastercard & PayPal directly. Our servers do not collect confidential information & we keep no records of your instruments of payment.
Delivery of your purchase.
Normally purchases made on a business working day prior to 15:00 PST are shipped the the next two working day. Purchases made after this cut off time will be shipped the next business day. Please be advised that our site acquires the estimated delivery time from courier companies portals & these are estimates. We do not take responsibility for courier companies delivery times.
Shipping Charges
Our system shows free shipping while you are not logged in as system is unable to calculate shipping charges without your address & province/state for tax purposes. Shipping is not free except when you pick up from store or choose to use your own account with a carrier to ship the items.
Warranty Condition
Please note the product you purchased has a 1 year warranty. Do not open the unit or try to repair the item as this would void the warranty on the product.
